Over many years of research, I have discovered that the journey into spirituality often can be brought down into a single, simple question.

 

What are we beyond the physical body?

 

For many, that question opens the door to deep exploration into their own consciousness, thoughts of reincarnation, life between lives, healing and humanity’s connection to a greater universal intelligence.  Several authors and hypnotherapists have helped to shine a light on these subjects through deeply transformative books and case studies.  I know this, because through the pursuit of knowledge has been a lifelong endeavor for me.  Many of these writings have changed my life in ways that I could not have anticipated. 

 

This blog post is intended to share with you some of my favorite books that were most influential in my personal journey.  The discovery of these writings was no accident.  Without question, they were the catalyst to my spiritual awakening.

Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch

              

 

The Conversations with God series presents spiritual teachings by way of conversations between the author and what he identifies as God, Source or Divine Consciousness.  What some call All-That-Is. 

 

The conversation is had via the concept of automatic-writing, something that I was unfamiliar with at the time of my discovery of these books.  I had doubts about the prospect at first, but something told me that I needed to press on.  I have since learned that not only is automatic-writing real, but I was taught to do it by the famous channeler Marilyn Harper last year during my attendance at The Channel Panel in Princeton, WV.

There have been few authors that have impacted the spiritual regression community as deeply as the Psychologist Dr. Michael Newton has. Through thousands of hypnosis sessions, Dr. Newton documented detailed accounts of what clients experienced between incarnations — often referred to as the “life between lives” state.  This is where my journey into past life regression began and I refer back to it often in discussions with my QHHT clients.

Dolores Cannon remains one of the most influential voices in metaphysical hypnosis and consciousness studies. Through her development of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), she explored themes far beyond traditional regression therapy.

 The Afterlife of Billy Fingers was my first foray into the concept of an afterlife experience.  In it, you will find that the author Annie Kagan was contacted by her brother from the other side.  Ever the skeptic, she methodically tested the information she was being provided.  She soon discovered that it was her brother beyond any shadow of doubt.  Indeed, he made a believer out of her, from the other side of the veil.
