Prepare For Your QHHT Session

The journey you are about to begin is a truly life-changing one. The energy, focus, and intention you bring to your preparation play an important role in how your session will unfold. By turning inward and spending time with yourself, through quiet reflection, journaling, or meditation the right questions and insights will naturally begin to surface. As your QHHT practitioner, my role is to guide and support you in discovering your own answers and inner wisdom. The outcome, however, is ultimately directed by you and your Higher Self.

 

Each session is entirely unique and may last between four to five hours, sometimes a bit longer. To honor this process, it’s best to dedicate the entire day to your session and avoid scheduling anything stressful or time-sensitive afterward.

 

We’ll begin by spending time getting acquainted and discussing your list of questions. This allows me to understand what you wish to explore and how to best guide you through the experience. You will then be gently led into a state of deep relaxation where information, healing, and insight can be accessed with ease.

 

Before you arrive:

  • Prepare Your Questions: Aim to have around ten questions ready that you’d like to ask your Higher Self. These may include life, relationship, career, or health-related topics — any area where you seek clarity. The most meaningful questions often arise in moments of stillness, so give yourself time to listen inwardly and allow them to form naturally. Keeping a notebook nearby can help capture them as they come to you.

  • Rest Well and Eat Lightly: A restful night’s sleep and a light, nourishing meal beforehand will help your body relax and remain comfortable throughout the session.

  • Mind Your Intake: A small amount of caffeine is fine if you need it, but avoid overdoing it, as it can make deep relaxation more difficult.

  • Dress Comfortably: Choose soft, loose clothing that allows you to fully relax while lying down for several hours.

  • Clear Your Day: Plan for a calm, open schedule after the session. This integration time is valuable for reflection and gentle grounding.

 

It’s natural to feel a bit nervous beforehand. Often what we interpret as nerves is simply the energy of anticipation your Spirit Team and Higher Self eager for connection. Remember, this experience is safe, compassionate, and guided by the part of you that only wants your highest good.

 

Your session will be recorded and later emailed to you. Listening to this recording afterward is an important part of your integration process, as it helps your conscious mind absorb the healing, clarity, and transformation that your Higher Self has shared.
